Step-by-Step Production Workflow:
Sourcing: We procure pesticide-controlled, non-GMO spinach from verified agricultural bases. All raw materials are tested for heavy metals, pesticide residues, and microbial contamination.
Pre-Processing: Leaves are washed, sorted, and blanched briefly to stabilize color and reduce microbial load.
Freezing: Spinach is rapidly frozen at -35°C to preserve cellular integrity.
Freeze Drying: Performed under vacuum below 0.1 mbar, ensuring water sublimates without entering the liquid phase.
Size Reduction: Final product is processed into flake, granule, or powder forms.
Sieving & Metal Detection: Passed through sieves and metal detectors to ensure product uniformity and food safety.
Vacuum Packaging: Nitrogen-flushed for long-term stability.
Final Testing: Microbiological testing (TVC, Coliform, Salmonella, etc.) and moisture control (<5%) are conducted before release.
